of new features every 4-6 months depending on

Organized Care is HIPAA compliant?
A] Multiple security precautions
have been put in place to ensure HIPAA
compliance, including SSL encrypted transfers, encrypted backups,
advanced
firewall technology and database data encryption.

Organized Care is built specifically for your needs in the social

A] With our current infrastructure,

systems in place to ensure all aspects of your
data are secured, safe & accessible at all times.
1. We house our servers in our state of the art data center, located in Orange County in Southern California. This is one
of the most advanced and failsafe data centers in the nation and it
resides right on the backbone of the Internet,
which provides unparallel speeds.
2. We incorporate the highest standards of data encryption at all
points
throughout the system. We encrypt information transfer & information
storage.
3. Our network is protected by advanced firewalls and content filtering.
No unauthorized access is granted to the systems or data at any
time.
4. Our networks and systems are monitored 24/7 to ensure physical
security
5. We incorporate offsite data backups to ensure, even in the case
of
natural disaster, that we could fully restore our systems within
a 24 hour
time frame worst case scenario.
Q) What are the charges to
use the Organized Care system?
A] It is absolutely free to
register for Organized Care. We allow you to
manage up to (2) clients within the system before any charges will be incurred.

Q) Will the system costs change
once we are members?
A] The base system cost will
not change. As we add new features, some of
them will only be available for an additional cost, but they are
optional.
Q) If we have multiple separate
company accounts, can we still take
advantage of the lower cost tiered pricing?
A] Yes. Even if you have multiple
company accounts, they can all fall under
a single corporate account. |
