Pricing:

Organized Care is absolutely free to register and use for up to (2) clients.We allow the creation of one program ( FHA, Day Program, etc.). Should you wish to use the full potential of the Organized Care system, here are the fees:

26-50 Clients $35/mo per client

Support Packs - $150/per pack (5 incidents)
A support pack is a phone session that can be used either for
training or assistance with the system. Each phone call can only address 1
issue, which qualifies as a single incident. Should your problem turn out
to be a general system bug, you will not be charged an incident.
Support Incidents - $39.99/per incident
A support incident is a single phone session that can be used either
for training or assistance with the system. Each phone call can only
address 1 issue, which qualifies as a single incident. Should your problem
turn out to be a general system bug, you will not be charged for the
incident.
Development Packs - $475/per development pack ( 5 hours )
A development pack is required in order to purchase any custom
modifications to the Organized Care system. This includes feature upgrades,
custom reports, data export services, etc.
   
 
- All system fees will be automatically billed to a credit card each
month. Customer can request the manual invoice service which will be
considered on a per case scenario by Organized Care (based on quantity of
clients, member payment status, and length of membership).
- Support incidents require a credit card to bill prior to
commencement of service.
- Support & Development packs can be purchased using a credit card,
or upon client request, manually invoiced.
